I authorize T&T Holdings, LLC to: (a) contact my references and all other persons that I have named in this application, and (b) perform a credit and/or criminal check to assess my suitability as a tenant/lessee. There is a ($45.00) forty-five dollar fee for a single applicant and an additional $5.00 per co-applicant, which is not refundable.
